Andrea Surrey

I have always been a lover of design. As young as I can remember, creativity has been my passion, from sitting at my grandparents' kitchen table designing room layouts on graph paper to turning the bed of my dad's old truck into a living room, complete with furniture and plants.  I was destined to end up in a creative profession.  It just took me a little while to figure that out.  After a short career in media buying,

I took a few years off to stay home and raise my three babies. While at home, I always found creative outlets. I scrapbooked, I designed stationery, I decorated and then re-decorated our home. After putting an addition on our first home, we sold it and bought a big, old money pit that we remodeled from top to bottom.  

After having a large role in designing both of our homes, family and friends starting asking for help with their homes.  I found I really enjoyed assisting others with adding charm and personality to their spaces. Those opportunities eventually lead me to create Andrea Surrey Design.
